This is a red feather on yellow agate 2-1/4 inch Tiffany mineature. It is signed "L C. Tiffany Favrile 3324 P, with a tiny 3/8" foil label. Pieces like this with the narrow neck and opening are most often simply referred to as vases, but I have also seen them called quill holders, which to me seems a more accurate description. The red and yellow glasses are chemically incompatible resulting in the margins on the feathers turning black. (1994)

belleverre, this little red decorated over yellow vase is a very nice late Tiffany Studios example, circa 1926 and nicely signed. Since you have posted your complete Durand and Steuben Aurene collection pieces, please keep going when you have the time and show all your Quezal. Thanks!
