This how they did it 150 or so years ago... These old wire frame glasses have been kicking around for as long as I can remember. Maybe they belonged to some not to distant relative. I asked my 84 yr old mother and she has no idea where they came from originally. That's her modeling the glasses in the last picture. She still lives on her own and can do most everything for herself. We did make her stop driving and now we run all her errands etc...

Thanks Geno! She's only 4' 8" tall. For years when she was 4'10" she claimed to be 5' but she's been shrinking and now it's very obvious that she's not that tall! She hates it...lol... Thanks to you as well musikchoo!!!

Hi, are they marked? I have some old ones that are 14 Kt Gold filled. Worth looking at them again.

Thanks Rose! No they are not marked. You should post your's. We'd love to see them. Who would model them for you? I could loan you my mom. I'm sure she'd love a trip to Canada... lol... But you'd have to keep her for a while....
