Joseph Rankin Book of Eulogies 1886

Joseph Rankin was a congressman from Wisconsin who died while in office back in 1886. This slender volume containing all of the eulogies delivered to the House and Senate by other Congressmen and House Reps was commisioned by congress in memory of Mr. Rankin. They did 12500 copies. Well, you can read the rest...lol... This is something my father-in-law picked up in his travels and gave to me many years ago. Any Jos. Rankin decendants out there??
