Very Unusual Large Pottery Pipe VASE with SATYR Image- any ideas?

I was prompted by CW Member JayHow's very unusual Skull Pottery that I saw uploaded this morning to dig out my SATYR pipe that has been kept in a closet for years. This large 9 1/2" tall by 10" long by 3" wide pottery pipe has a dark brown glaze for the lower section and a lighter brown for the opening section. The pipe is tubular so air can be drawn through like a regular pipe. The detail on the beard, eyebrows and horns is quite impressive. It is completely unmarked and is unglazed on the under-base sections. Have you seen a similar item and would you have any info. on the manufacturer. Thanks everyone, RER (BOB)
