I'm a sucker for Mid/Mod Italian art pottery, it was $20 but I just had to buy it, its so attractive! I've seen this decor before, but I don't remember who made it. I found this other one with a similar shape, and that blue/green/gold stuff has always been attributed to Bitossi. So I don't know, what do you guys think it is? I really like it

I think Mark Hill has this ware as part of a range by the Fratelli Fanciullacci of Montelupo. I'll check with a friend for the name of the range. She has the book "Alla Moda".

Well I can't speak for the first, super fab one, but am pretty confident the blue is Bitossi. It seems be the same line as my vase find. What do you think?

I'd agree with AMBER on the second one! How is it marked?

That blue/green one I found on the internet, there wasn't a photo of the mark, but I've always seen it attributed to Bitossi

I trawled Google but didn't find a match on Fratelli Fanciullacci. Darn it, I've seen this stuff before... Guess I'll just have to stumble upon it again someday

Just re sent that email about the name of the line. Still awaiting confirmation. We'll get there!
