I found this nice Steiff cat awhile ago, she stands approximately 6" tall and has a joint head, here original button is present in here left ear and has greenish glass eyes . I have no idea of here age, just a nice steiff cat. Any thoughts? Thanks

Wow! It looks like you have Steiff's Fluffy cat. According to Steiffgal's blog (http://mysteifflife.blogspot.com/2012/10/a-purr-fect-example-of-1920s-era-steiff.html), she was made from 1926-1950. She has the turquoise-green eyes and red embroidered claw stitching mentioned in the blog, and certainly looks like the same one. A Google image search brings up several that look like yours, including one that, in a Christie's auction in 2010 (a 1930 model in perfect condition with all IDs), went for $2968. If that's a remnant of a red ear tag--which it looks like in the photo--along with the "long trailing F" button, it's likely your cat was made somewhere between 1926 and 1935. It seems she's quite old, quite rare--and I'm quite envious! Take good care of her!
