    Hello,
I didn't have much time to shop today, but what time I did have yielded some wonderful items.
This is very interesting,.....what is it?
The style looks Deco late 20's ~ 30's, and it has curious star cut outs,....look like the star of David,....could it be?
A friend told me it was a miss, that I'd wasted my money, but I love it.
Approximately 10" inches high, and unmarked as far as I can tell.
    Any ideas???
    Grazie,
    Tony.

Art Deco Newspaper Display Stand, from a corner news stand. I use to come across these fairly often, but haven't seen one in years.

Found some references to this being made by Chase in the 30's, I assume they are referring to the Chase Brass and Copper Company.

No guarentee that this info is correct.

      Walksoftly,
It just may trace back to the Chase Brass & Copper Company, but I'll keep an eye out for any other possibilities.
Thanks for all of the great links.
      Have a good night,
      Tony.

Thats a good idea, the info is anecdotle at best, hopefully someone else can supply a more reliable source than ebay.
