I bought this item on Ebay, in Great Britain I think, som years ago.
Can anyone tell me what it is, what it has been used for ?

I think it is a British Pub Bell - with a match holder at the top, and a ashtray below.

They made several styles, figures, shapes, etc for these....at least that is what I think it is??
