Sticker change Sunday at GW again. Picked up this little lady and her dog that had been sitting around all week. She dropped to half price from ten bucks and with my GW rewards points cashed in she was actually free ! The figure is 11" tall and made of a type of plaster called chalk ware. It's been painted in pearlescent soft pastel colors. There seems to be only one chip at the bottom of her dress, but there is a lot of paint wear on the back of her hair. I've seen versions of this piece online and some are painted very badly in horrible colors. This one is very nice and natural looking. There is a mark at the base of her dress in the back that simply says "Art Co." She seems to date from around the 1940 early 1950 era. -Mike-

She's kind of "sassy" isn't she? Very charming piece.
