Its body is all made from the same meterial and its size is about 5 2/8.6. This a beautiful doll, its face painting is in good condition.

Hi You could have added this photo to first post by going to edit . Anyway does she have anything marked on her back ? Is she bisque or plastic ?
Here is one similar to yours . Your dolls dress has snaps and most were just safety pin closures . She may be a look a like to Story book doll .

My doll has a mark on its back but I cannot read it.
I guess it is bisque.
Do her legs move also ? Can you run a pencil across mark it won't her and it will help read it . Her dress with snaps has not convinced me it is not a look a like yet
Her dress may also have a tag in the seam inside many do .
Here is what the arms look like on a bisque one when you pull them a bit you can see the white .

Her legs do not move and I had gone through the marks with a pencil it looks like MIO
It is a bisque.
I am going to say she is a Nancy Ann Storybook Doll . The quality of dress is like her work vs lesser known copies .
