I found this little guy, about 7 inches long and 2 1/2 inches in diameter, while I was cleaning out the barn.

It's a 100 year old salad dressing bottle. There would have been more color had it been exposed to sunlight and water. It was dug up and then left inside until Today when I brought it outside from a barn I am taking down. I know little about these bottles, but hope to learn.

I have a millions things on my plate right now and no hobbies. Maybe understanding the history of these artifacts will become one.

May I be so bold as to ask what it is? One pic of a stamped "salad Dressing" tells us (or me) absolutely nothing about your poste.
