Nobody seems to know what this is. when close the two handles , like a Scissor, the hole gets smaller and fills with teethlike blade. Any ideas will be appreciated.

I concur!
I can't see this as being used on food, because it would be very hard to clean and disinfected. There is way too much gap between the teeth and the rim . Are you 1005 sure that it is for eggs.
Sure hope it's not for circumcision!
