A thrift store find of the day. The wood base that holds coasters looks very mid-century modern, but the two sided bronze medallion top is of the 1836 coronation of Emperor Ferdinand 1 of Austria, and Empress Maria Anna of Savoy. I've found a few examples but most were bowls and wasn't able to get an idea of the date this was made.
