I found a similar mark by Chikamarachi, which was taken over by Noritake. The center is the same, however the feathers have been replaced by a wreath possibly when Noritake took over the company, Further research needed!
Here is a link with photos of the mark

Hello Rose, first sorry I haven't seen this before now and welcome to CW, I'm old and slow a catching up with the last few weeks.
The older styling of Mickey and Minnie drawing leads me to an educated guess as an Occupied Japan piece, probably from 1946 up to around 1953-54, I'll see if I can dig up an answer to your query on he markings. Kerry

Thanks to Kerry for getting to the bottom of my Mickey and Minnie mystery. It seems it is a rare variant of Chikaramachi which a brand Noritake used pre war.1928_to early 30's-
I appreciate all the help and I love researching and finding out the history of our pre loved goodies
      Cheers Rose
