John Wayne movie ad prop-ups

My wife stumbled on to these John Wayne movie pro-ups. The only thing on them is "Batjac Productions" and the year 1953 on "Island in the Sky" and 1954 on The High and The Mighty". Both are in perfect condition and have never been pulled out to be propped up. I have no idea what to call these to find out what they would be worth, if anything. I assume since there seems to be no information on them that they may have some value, but I can only assume. I know that Batjac was John Wayne's film company founded by him in 1950 as an independent company and that just recently there was an agreement between Batjac and Paramount to release the "lost movies" which include these two.
