This was a recent eBay purchase and was listed as art decor but with the plastic beads on the end I knew it may be newer. I've only found one other similar example that is a longer version listed on Ruby lane as an unsigned Miriam Haskell, but I know that could just be a sales pitch. Maybe Pauline Radder? The plastic beads have a seam so they aren't bakelite, and the rest are all milk glass.

Thanks manikin and Sean, I usually go for a more sleek and modest look but really liked the weird Mod/Nouveau combination.
