I saw a very similar pattern today and remembered that I had this little vase. My mom had several of these and used them besides the individual settings on the dinner table. I also remember breaking some of them:(
This vase must be at least 60 years old, based on my mom's stories. That's all I know about it - I have never looked into it because I don't collect this pattern.
Thanks for looking:)
Thanks, Moonstonelover21:) You are really fast!!!

your very welcome freiheit:)
It is very similar to my German piece.I am still trying to identify..
Very nice.I love the top.Is it metal or does the photo make it look like that.
Very nice piece
Attwood, seeing your vase inspired me to look for mine and post it. Yes, there are many similarities and I have a feeling that mine is influenced by the style of some Meissen pieces - but I really don't know. On day, when I have a lot of time, I will look into it. The rim is actually metal. I don't know what kind, though. I have some items from the 1920-1930's and they used the same.
Thanks for your comment:)
I was contacted by lovely Meissen dealer who informed me it was a lovely piece but so many potters in the town where the pottery is made and lots of fake meissen.Even though I didn;t think mine was a meissen piece it was made in the village .I was still intrigued as You are to get to the bottom of it.so mine having the AP mark underneath he didn;t know the artist but I uncovered another AP artist who worked for someone else.so I am still stumped and will probably never find the answer.
PS I LOOOVe how yours is metal on the top.Very nice
Attwood, thank you very much for sharing this information with me. Trying to find out about an item is so much fun, at least for me:)
Best regards,
Gudrun
