    I thought this was an interesting decor that Charcoal put up, I have been filing it as "cased Pelleton" but this is just until more information comes out. These vases are probably from a few different factories but to me they are the same thing....Cased rod chips rather than confetti, this is Czechoslovakia decor glass from the 1930's. A friend calls these basilus ....the same idea but cased....(they look like a virus in petri dish)
