This small baby ring was found 20 years ago, and was perched dangerously close to the edge of a storm drain. I was pregnant with my son at the time and couldn't help but be emotional over the find. I'm very new to jewelry terms so please excuse my description, it is marked 10k with P.S. Co hallmark "Plainsville stock Co."next to it, the metal is two toned silver and gold color with a small diamond chip. I have very small fingers so it must be a baby ring? The company started using this mark around 1884. Does it look to be from that time period?

I figured out the hallmark, it says P.S. Co.
I love it the smaller the more precious.

To tell the truth I thought you were just using the word as a meaning of explaining it was small. I agree why would you more money the sense. Sorry all not meaning to be mean I just don't understand it myself.
