Found this plate at a yard sale. What I found interesting are the marks on the back. It looks like a Mathematical Formula to me but I can not make out the writing at the top. It looks like it could be a date. It is fine porcelain I believe because it is very translucent. It also looks to be hand painted. It measures to be 8 inches. If anyone can help me identify these marks I would appreciate it

I am told it a test plate. The numbers represent the finish, colors, and design. Still do not know the maker or pattern so I will keep looking.
