These three bottles I had stored away and forgot I had them. The first bottle I kept just because I loved the label and the name. Ichabod beer by the New Holland (MI) brewery. They have some of the most unique names for their beers: "Dragon's Milk Ale", "Imperial Hatter Imperial India Pale Ale" and "Mutinous Battle Chai Ale", among others. The second bottle, Dixie beer, is New Orleans' oldest brewery. I was down there after Hurricane Katrina and I learned that the brewery was nearly destroyed and looted during the hurricane. They have remained in business by contracting out to breweries elsewhere, such as Monroe Wisconsin. The last beer, Abita, is also another a Louisiana beer from Abita Springs, Louisiana, just north of New Orleans.
Dixie beer made in Monroe Wisconsin? Must be a Repro Beer!! LOL
Hmmm, but I'll have to say, Wisconsin has better tastin water then Louisiana.....
Ok, I'll agree with you on the water thing.... but you know why? Because all of you peeps up there pollute the Mississippi River and it gets dumped on us! I don't know why I live here. LOL
I agree Tikiray lol
