This was the only way I could find to post a picture on this site. This is a response to who made this and when. We would be disappointed to find out not antique. However, it was bought to enjoy not as an investment of any type. She is darling and worth the $10.00 she spent.
Hi Thanks for turning her upright . She is cute doll and no not an antique but is a reproduction.Made by some one in a doll making class . The shop would supply blank molds and you painted her and then they fired it for you . She was well worth the 10 dollars so don't be to disappointed . Will make a lovely display doll .
Oh when you want to add photo or change one on original post you go to edit and remove a photo if you have 4 already and then add the one you want to add . If you have posted less than 4 photo's on post you can add more up to 4 by going to edit and photo's :-) Thank you for posting her upright and there are so many reproductions in doll world and some done very well and have fooled more buyers than you can imagine . if they say "This was my Grandmothers doll handed down to me . that does not mean it is old it is a trick . Since Grandma may have bought it new at 80 years old :-) Your little doll is cute I have few Antique little ones like her and I crocheted a dress for them .
Thank you so much for the information and I realized afterward I should have used the edit (I don't usually post on these type sites). My next question was going to be what type of dress she should have. My mother in law is an expert seamstress so I'm sure she will make something darling for her. I do appreciate your time and we still love the doll even if she is a reproduction.
She does have a nice human hair wig which makes her special . Not a cheap synthetic one . precious !
