This piece has the same design the the other one, but the notches on the top baffle me. dementions are 5 1/2 in. length at the top...4 in. length at the bottom...2 inches wide...and about 1 1/2 inches deep. designs are all around the sides and also on the bottom, no markings anywere on this piece. Also both pieces feel hand painted.
