Pennsylvania Tire sign recent pick on

I recently picked this sign sitting on the ground beside a an auto body shop. covered in rust hardly readable. I cleaned it up and the first pic in the after photo and second pic is the before.i haven't been able to find this sign listed anywhere . i also have a second sign that has the penn craft logo on it as well as pennsylvania tire. ..I would like any info on it that anyone may have thanks and happy picking
