Brass & Jade?

I love this little piece.I picked up a few years ago.I've always thought it to be a little Asian massager.Each end rolls around and feels good massaging my neck.NOW you can all start laughing when someone tells me it has another purpose.Maybe in stationary for sealing or something.but until then I will continue to enjoy!!!!!!!!
It is brass & I think alabaster.Is there a way to test what stone it may be.Thanks ROSE
