Hello! Repost from when I first joined! Repost because no one looked at it!! haha I like it, no marks I bought this
at garage moving sale. There is no store marks or artist marks on this. The flowers are on brass rods and stuck into some kind of cement or something, I can not tell as tiny rocks are glued or stuck to top. I think flowers are porcelain or ceramic. The leaves are brass, it is dusty. There is something about it I like. Has anyone seen these before? No marks on ceramic bottom of bowl it is in? ? Thanks for looking!!! Don
These are very beautiful!!!!
Thanks! even the tiny rocks in ceramic vase that are glued are beautiful!! Someone worked a lot on this!
Yes they did Don!!!! wow very special:)
Maybe Vladimir Kanevsky porcelain?
I will study this!! Thanks Don
Vladimir made similar porcelain flowers, the only thing that throws me off a little are the stems.
I just saw his and they are also beautiful!! I will continue to study this!!! Thanks you so much!!
I just aquired a similar one of these. Different flower and color. I heard from the original owner this was from a artist gallery in St.Petersburg, FL. Still trying to find some more info.
Thank you Farrell30! let me know if you find anything!!!
Hi I here.... What you have is a Mid Century Modern Brutalist floral sculpture by Winifred Cole of California. The St. Petersburg tip may be correct... She spent some time in Florida.
Thank you! I will no study this!!! Are you Supercrazychick Winfred Cole!!!
