These look like Anri (an Italian company)- if you look 'anri' up on ebay you'll find heaps of similar ones. The older ones (i.e. 1950s or so) are wooden and later some or all of the parts became plastic. They usually sell for around $10-$20 each.
Love em, I have a few original, few plastic heads as stated above.
