Old Bottle

I need help identifying this bottle, It is teal, or light green in color, It is blown and there are a lot of bubbles that don't show very well in the pics. The bottle does not set even, the top is oddly shapped and there is a break off on the bottom. The bottom is rounded and sinks in, The top has a glass ring around it that looks something like a rope. Please let me know if you have any information about this bottle. Thank you, Loveirish
