I have had this necklace for a while. You can see it in my post with red bakelite jewelry.
This necklace looks, feels and weighs just the same as bakelite but it isnt. It has no seems and its heavy but it doesnt pass the smell test and it doesnt pass simichrome.
So I think this might be galalith.
All in all a cool art deco piece. And I love it for its style.

Carnelean? No it isn't cold enough to the touch to be stone. It weighs 75 grams.
