Meydam Glas Ceramic designer leerdam Holland

Floris Meydam great designer worked his whole life for the glass factory in Leerdam Holland . His designs are simple with no more than 2 colours .
The form is important and decorations should not take your attention away from the form Most form are geometric . Much of his designs are sold in the States . He disgned unicas but also everyday items like the calve sauce bottle made in the millions . He was a contempary of Andreas Copier , probably the best know glass designer he also worked for Royal Leerdam Glass factory which still exist today He is my favorite designer
