I'm not a Coca Cola collector but I have collected a lot of advertising stuff over the years.
Here I have a tin coaster with the Rockford aluminum 12 pack carton image on it. It does have a few small rust spots but still displays well.
It measures 3-1/2 in in diameter.
I would like to know the value, did some checking on ebay and didn't see any.
It's listed in Petretti's price guide at $85.
Well other than the minor rust it's a very cool ashtray! It's great that the image is not effected by the rust.
I wish I owned it!
Nifty! These don't come up often on eBay, I've seen one or two over the past year. Yours is in pretty good condition. It's a nice find.

Hey AzTom, I just found one on ebay and bought it! It was listed under Coca Cola coasters. yes, I payed all of $75 for it but I had to have it. BTW, it's in pristine condition!

Hey Bill, I don't blame you a bit for that. I've seen that sharpener about a hundred times over the years but always overpriced. Since it was only a dollar and I was hungry for a Coke item, I had to dive in.

I have not searched this in awhile. Signaholic, still couldn't find the one just got.
I determined this was a coaster because I did find some with other type advertising on the same tin. The ribs in the bottom and no cigarette lip would not make sense as an ashtray.
