i found this in a neighbor's trash the other night - along w/ some cool old painted garden statues. No signature or maker on the bottom. who knows? i wouldn't call it but it's kind of shabby cute.

Shabby chic is a good way to put it. Also there is a chance the red paint maybe lead base the year they stop using this paint doesn't come to mind Wright now but that is a way you can get a ruff age of it if you want
What does bottom look like? Triangles on bottom?
I would say maybe shawnee pottery
