    found this in a garage dont know much about it, haven't seen one like it before, lots of rust on the edges but i dont think it is a repo. Can anyone tell me anything about it?

      Made probably in the late 30's early 40's,NOT a reproduction,this would be a good sign for someone just getting into collecting signs.
