Vintage wooden teacher's or parent's paddle ... a real 'blast' from the past ... literally! It measures approximately 18" long, 3" wide & 1/2" thick. It is marked as follows:
"BOARD OF CORRECTION"
"A child should never be punished without a definite end in view." (with an accompanying decal of two children's 'ends')
"May be used on any child from 5 to 75."
