    This little girl only stands about 4 inches & her skirt has been glued to the body which makes me think there could of been a fuller skirt. In her hand was a bunch of flowers put together by wire. I do still have the flowers to rewire no markings have just been reading could be pre 1950's

      She is called a Lace Figurine ,Dresden in Germany made some beautiful pieces but she is not one of theirs . She is maybe Made in Japan 30's to 40's . If you search "Lace figurines" you might find one just like her but there are hundreds and hundreds of figures made with the lace added and some are very elaborate . She is precious :-)

      I understand what you mean about there being hundreds of them pity I wasn't lucky enough for it to be a Dresden but that is fine I'll keep trying you never know. At least know I have a possible age, see I learnt something at least. thank you again

      Oh PS Lefton usually just had a paper tag on bottom and sometimes numbers . The paper label was often peeled off .

      Manikin thank you for the information & the love there was nothing on the base in anyway so was just putting in porcelain girl in lace dress vintage when looking now I have something more refined thanks to you so much learning today from all you great people thank you.
