    No this isn't a pizza. Although it does look like one in the small pictures. This mid-century copper and glass enameled plate is by Bovano of Cheshire CT. They've been in business since 1952 and still produce a variety of decorative enameled objects. -Mike-

    The History of Bovano of Cheshire began in 1952, when working alone in the basement of his home in Cheshire, Connecticut, artist Jim Bower began experimenting with powdered glass fused to small copper plates. His playful approach resulted in early designs applied to small glass enamel plates, which were sold under the name Bower Enamels

      I keep picking these up too! I've got a dozen or so. Keeping some, flipping others. Hard to find them without damage.
