    Small Brass Box. I am trying to find out what kind of box this is? It is 3" in height, 7" long, 5" in width. It does not lock but has a compartment to the left on the inside. Can anyone tell me what this box is used for?

      On the inside of the top I see some wear. Could something of been attached there? Something that would help resist moisture?

      It actual looks like mabye the handle was repaired. Corrosion were the handle is?
