I'm not sure if the information is LILA or LIIA 726 or 72b. Could the Lila refer to the color Lilac? In any case, this vase is another item that I picked up today at an outdoor Antique Market 200 miles away. It had actually started yesterday. It is the shape, the decor, the rich glaze and of course the unusual color that made me spend the $10.00 they wanted for it. I suppose that the flora refers to the decor around the body. It measures 7" tall and a little over 5" in diameter. Any ideas on the manufacturer or date of manufacture. Thanks everyone, RER (BOB)

Gouda Flora?. Maybe a contemporary mark. The letters before Flora are style or shape number. I think some of their stuff had stickers with the written mark.

This is a Gouda vase....I would have never known. I thought Lila Flora actually referred to the decor. The vase in the link is an exact match. THANK YOU Maryh1956 and thank you DrFluffy and Moonstonelover21 for the Love! RER (BOB)

Gouda also refers to the Dutch town that many factories came from. I think pottery marked Flora came from there.

There were many factories in the Gouda area, Flora being one of them. Some of their pottery did not say Gouda on them, just Flora, sometimes also with a label. I think the Flora factory closed in the 1980's.
