Have owned over 40+ collector cars over the years. Those two Shelby's were my favorite . A 66 Shelby GT 350 and a 70 ShelbyGT 500. The two Corvettes one a 427/400hp and would fly. The other a 327/300hp was OK. When Ford came out with the 2005 Ford GT I knew I had to have one. Bought this one from Ford Motor credit because the dealer went out of business in 2009. The dealer never titled the car and it had 5000 miles from the owner of the dealership. Got it for way under MSRP @ the time.
Some of those pictures are way before we had iPhones and the Internet.

These cars keep going up in value, sounds like you made a wise investment!

Yeah they are going up but parts can get really expensive and service is not cheap if you can find it locally. But a beauty for sure.

Wow! What an awesome vehicle! I love it! I was looking for an early Corvette on EBay several years ago and found a guy in Calif wanting to sell his SVT Cobra he used strictly as a show car. He spent $32k putting extra Cobra R stuff on it and making nice modifications. Supercharger among them producing 550hp at real wheels. We love driving the car as I'm sure u love this one! Fast cars are just so cool & I'll never get to old to love the acceleration!

Rattletrap ....We are lucky to live in a period of time that we have so many choices of fast cars. The 80's and 90's was not a good time for muscle or sports cars. I find ebay is a good source to find a car close to home, then go and inspect it. Most of my coke collection came by getting on the road and picking. Maybe 2% from ebay. I sell most of my collection on ebay. Can't wait to drive the new Shelby GT 350 coming soon to your local Ford dealer. Great time for us car crazy people.
