    Hi,
I would really appreciate if someone could solve this mystery for me. I got this as a part of a box lot at a local auction. It looks like a little branding iron. Its about 6-8 inches long and is made of metal. It looks and feels like wrought iron. The letters also are made of metal but they are covered with a rubber-ish material. Because of the red 'rubber" it couldn't be a brand but I suppose it could have been used to make an impression in something. Food maybe? I've looked all over and SAS has a lot of promo stuff out there but I haven't seen anything like it.

    Any thoughts or ideas?
    Thanks!

Red rubber sound like an ink stamp. No clue about the handle.
