Found these at Volunteers of America today. They were having their 50% off the whole store sale in honor of "National Thrift Store Day". They are watercolors by Ohio artist Bette G. Elliott. She passed away in 2011 at the age of 91. According to the bio sheet on the back she was a well known watercolor artist as well as a teacher. It goes on to say that her works were exhibited in many galleries including Bonfoey's in Cleveland. These appear to be real watercolors and not prints. I checked them with a magnifying glass and you can see the solid fluid nature of the colors on the paper. No pixels or dots that would suggest a print. I also found out that the Canton Art Museum has two of her works in their collection. I e-mailed the curator and sent her pictures. I usually don't get replies from galleries and museums, even with all their "contact us" info on their website, but hey it's worth a shot. -Mike-
