Silver peacock earrings

I found these peacock earrings some time ago. They are not marked, but I tested them and they are silver. I bought them together with the silver victorian daffodil ring I posted earlier and some other old jewelry from an elder lady. I have never seen this model before and I really want to know: does anyone have an idea how old these are?
