it has engraved "B.C. Raffy 84/165", have not been successful to encounter the name of this artist, did he work or being a student at Lalique's workshop? Did he work independently?

I assume that the electric installation has been made during the last 20 years, for the US market, but originally it was the head on a certain platform.

Stunning ! wow . I have seen this head on a carmascot of Phil's he has in his collection . Not sure exact but look at his and description .
