UPDATE!! I found a shade that matches!! Oil lamp with transfer ware image of Venus. On the sides is a relief image of leaves. With chimney stands 18 inches tall. Brass base and on the hardware is the name No. 2 Queen Anne. This is all I know any more information would be greatly appreciated.

Consolidated Glass, Fostoria Glass to name a few companies made these Banquet "Gone with The Wind" type lamps that usually had a matching Milk Glass decorated shade. The hardware (base) was made by Bradley & Hubbard, Edward Miller , to name a few. Some had fancy gallery shade-holders, others simply attached to the burner with a 4" ring. The Gone With The Wind name is a misnomer since these lamps date late 1800's to about early 1910's and the Movie "Gone With The Wind" was representing the Civil War period in the early 1860's. The Queen Anne #2 is a replacement and so is the chimney shown. RER (BOB)

Wow that was fast LOUMANAL thanks for all the information. I wonder if I will ever find the matching top then. I really like the picture so I purchased it, but it was fairly cheap anyway. Thanks Moonstonelover21 for the comment and the love.

It will be difficult to match the beautiful Art Work depicted but you may be able to find one that would match the raised flowered design or color between the panels. I personally have come across large shades in Flea Markets and Antique stores that had lost their bases. Some Lamp dealers may direct you to lamp suppliers that have (new) blank shades that an artist could decorate to try to match your base. GOOD LUCK! BOB
