My father has one of these clocks and he has been wondering what it would be worth. I told him I would search it on the net but I am having a hard time finding anything about them.

I sold my clock for 200 but later saw it in an Antique store for nearly 600. But I made 100 % profit so I can't complain. It is a beautiful clock , has 2 lights in the back that really make it stand out. Thanks for the comment. Chris

This is a 1960's clock. Wolfe Dairies was in Knoxville, Tn. I've owned 3 in my life. One in mint condition will sell for about $800. The one I currently have is in the $400-450 range. They are getting much harder to find. Be very careful about the bulbs you use.

Harvey Wolfe, who owned the dairy, was my uncle. I wish I had kept all the things he gave us - mechanical pencils with a milk carton on top, a milk truck bank, and many others. He sold the dairy when he retired, and has since passed on.

I, too, have a Wolfe Dairies mechanical pencil with a carton on top, and also have one with a milk bottle on it ! My father worked there when I was born. Elaine Boyle, who posted before me, I need to contact you if at all possible. I have a reason : My middle name is Michael, and my father told me that I was named after Mike Wolfe, who as I recall was Harvey's nephew, or at least he was for sure kin to him. Well, I never even got to meet him. Please contact me if you see this -- or tell me how to contact you. I live in Sevierville TN.

JMPullen, my father-in-law is Mike Wolfe, which he was Harvey's nephew. We have found a Wolfe Dairies crate, bottles, and pens. I have been looking for a clock but it has been hard.

Wolfe Dairy belonged to my great Uncle Harvey Wolfe and Aunt Edna. My grandma Mincey was Edna's sister. My grandfather and my uncle both worked for Wolfe Dairies when I was a kid. I remember the clock hanging up in my grandpa's work shop right next to the Wolfe Diary Thermometer. My grandpa drove an old Ford Panel truck with the Wolfe Dairy logo information on the side. My brother and I would go out with my grandpa to check the stock at the Cash Walker stores. I saw a .5 gallon glass milk bottle from 1959 at a local flea market last weekend, that someone had just bought. I tried to buy it from him by doubling what he paid for it, but he wasn't selling it. Very cool to have all those memories flooding back in.

I have a wolf dairies clock from the elementary school I went to in the 60's and 70's. I remember when the school system changed to or from pet milk the clocked stayed on the wall. Nearly 30 years later I was employed by the same school and the old clock still was on the wall. I told the head cook if that ever is sold I want it. Years later we had to tear the old cafeteria down and I being in maintenance was to make sure everything was ready for demo . A day before , making a walk through I noticed the clock still hanging. Of course I took it down and called the supervisor which said whatever is in there is history . And as I ponder on that and look at this timepiece I can only agree. I am contemplating selling it. But only for the right price to the right person
. My email is poppiandgigi7@ gmail.com if interested.
