Help with Identification please? Antique frosted glass pitcher with victorian/colonial face as base

This is an antique hand blown frosted glass pitcher. The pitcher has a victorian or colonial face/head blown into the base. The pitcher has a 3 piece body construction, applied handle, tool worked. I need some help identifying it.
