    Here's another very large silver ring size 10 with an 8mm size amethyst colored stone, not sure if its real. It's marked .925 and has another mark I'm unable to make out. I really love its unusual design with rough texture between the prongs. It looks to be from the art deco period but I may be way off. Any input would be most welcome.

      Unfortunately it doesn't even fit my thumb so I haven't decided what to do with it yet. I found an old J.R. Wood and sons 1923 jewelry catalog http://www.illusionjewels.com that has men ring with similar shapes to this one. So I thought maybe it was a man's ring from that time period.
