    I'm sure it's antique sterling silver just don't know what era

      It actually says " Street & Coles" but if it were the Newcastle in the UK it would be well hallmarked if sterling or even marked better if silver plate. I tried looking for that maker, but came up with nothing. Maybe that is a retailers name? There's a Newcastle in Pennsylvania too, I believe

      No other marks under the tarnish, on the rim of the pot or under the handle? The 303 is probably a shape mark.

      Sorry, I looked again at a larger image and you were right , it is Street & Co LTD

      Not sterling silver. If it were sterling silver it would 100% be marked "Sterling". What you have here is silver plated. I can tell by the "rainbowing" of the tarnish.
