This a blue bowl given to me many years ago by grandmother. I can find no marks and I don't know anything about it. It seems to have a gold paint or something on the decorative edge but it is somewhat worn over the years. I would be most grateful if someone could shed some light on it's maker or history. Can't really say without knowing size and seeing a profile image. But it does appear to be Elegant Glass and possibly a Seneca #12 console bowl:
