I'm posting this bowl in response to some NR posts by Modfather.
NR pottery is often mistaken as Bitossi or Fratelli Fanciullacci and they certainly were influenced by products by those companies.
I like NR pottery, they were of their time and the pottery is well made, mod, and sometimes over the top.
This bowl from NR is probably circa 1960, 22cm wide, and looks like someone iced a cake with it's thick glaze.
A bit weird but very appealing I think.

I think it's very appealing! I love the colors. And yes, it kind of does look like someone iced a cake, but it looks great!!!

I like the purple, not sure I have ever seen it

last week I saw a 'NR' marked piece for the first time

their designs have various descriptions that include the use of specific cake frosting tools

A bit late to see this for the first time. I love how the glaze goes from lavender, to grey to white all in one piece, frozen for all time for us to adore !~
